We do not accept credit cards over the phone. We can accept USPS and Canadian Postal Money Orders, please call us for additional info when paying by this method.
Note that in general, we update the website on Sundays so an item that is listed as available may have sold since the last update.
Please check measurements carefully to make sure your item will fit its intended space as we cannot sell "on approval". And while we do accept returns for online purchases, there is a 20% restock fee and shipping charges cannot be refunded.
All of our items are shipped in new boxes with new packaging materials, and all items are fully insured for everyone's protection.
Shipping within the US is via DHL for smaller items, most seating, and smaller case pieces. For larger items we recommend a white glove shipping service. Shipping to Canada and Internationally is via USPS. We will use Greyhound at your request, however they are our last choice for shipping finer quality furniture.
As with our ebay sales, we always carefully inspect items and will note any serious flaws before continuing a sale online. All of our items are vintage and there is a baseline of mild wear to be expected of items that are 30+ years old. We want you to be happy with your purchase and to this end, we will never intentionally sell an item in poor condition or with disguised damage.
